I went in to mail a small package. The owner? was there and was kind enough to offer his advise for shipping my package at a lower rate. I will leave out the remaining details, as Im rather embarrassed. However, Id like to apologize for my actions. I insulted this kind man after his generosity. Im sorry. I support, respect and love small business owners. I support local and will continue to do so.
This is not my usual location where I do business, but I will definitely visit again. The gentleman continued to give me exceptional service in spite of my insensitivity. Thank you sir. I wish I would have gotten your name. Also, thank you for allowing me to do my best to apologize in the moment. In retrospect we both handled ourselves with grace. It couldve gotten real messy. I want to thank you again.
Youre a good man. I will be more sensitive in the future.

I have gone to Postal Plus for many years for notary services, shipping supplies, and currently have a mail box with them.
Their staff is always polite and very knowledgeable with notary services.
Further, the owner went above and beyond to help me with assisting with mail forwarding for a friend who moved out of the country.
Accessing my mail box at their office is easy during non-business hours as well.
In short, I would highly recommend Point Loma Postal Plus.

I happened to be in the Pt. Loma area, had a prepaid UPS labeled package that dropped off on Saturday, was told it would ship Monday and no confirmation of drop off (receipt) could be provided. So, I called Monday afternoon to confirm Monday's pick up time and was assured it was 5pm. Tuesday, no tracking on my package. Wednesday finally it has shipped. My hope is that this is a one off situation, but they, like me are a small business. I can't take these kinds of risks in order to provide timely shipping to my customers. UPS seems to trust them, but I surely won't use them again.
