HotShots Limos Bus

We were married this past weekend and HotShots did not disappoint!! All the buses were very prompt for various destination pick ups all over Carlsbad. We even had an on the fly change of plans and the driver was so kind and polite enough to let us do so. From the start the manager, Donna, was such a pleasure to work with and answered all questions and emails right away. Our drivers, Melissa and Canyon, were outstanding!! Thank you HotShots team!! Donna was quick to respond to my birthday 6hour bus rental transportation. Jonathan our driver was helpful and fun. the cups, ice, paper towels and garbage bags provided was excellent. I plan on booking with hotshots again. Please note-The 25 passenger but can comfortably fit 23 people. and with a group of 22 people it can get a little toasty on the bus

We chose HotShots because it was so easy to communicate with them. They responded to questions quickly, helped us choose the right bus for our group, showed up exactly when they were supposed to, and made sure our guests had a fun ride! Great experience - will definitely use them next time!

Hot shots is absolutely amazing! The scheduling process was very efficient and I really appreciated the quick turn around and flexibility! Will definitely use again for future events!
