As an entrepreneur utilizing e-commerce, our company has been steady growing. A concern we had moving forward is how do we protect our brand name and logo. I contacted several lawyers, before finding Sona Legal. The only one that bothered to respond to me, or call me back, was David McCuaig, Esq. of Sona Legal. My situation was slightly different than what he normally handles. I also was not a 'big money client'. I am not exactly an educated individual as you will see from the way I write my review. (I'm a gigging vocalist in bands, not a legal expert!!!) I owned half interest in a middle/middle class home. I needed the home sold so I could purchase a new home out of state. Mr. McCuaig, and his team, got 99.5% of what I needed to have happen done. The other .5% just wasn't worth the fight, in terms of money and time needed, in attempting to prove the out and out lies of what the opposing lawyer's client was claiming. Mr. McCuaig, had to constantly send emails to the opposing lawyer stating the legal codes, as the opposing lawyer had been using so-called legal tactics with me that naturally, I didn't understand. Mr. McCuaig, kept in contact with me throughout, and responded to me each and every time I had a question, or more info, to give him. I did not check 'value' simply because of David being the ONLY lawyer that even bothered to get back to me so I have nothing to compare his rates to. What I can say is that he worked with me on payments, and in the long run, I came out ahead! The bottom line is, David will get it done for you. He is professional, and personable! You can't go wrong with this firm!
