Jackie, I am sorry your visit was not to your satisfaction. We work hard to please our customers and to be of assistance to them, so a review like yours is troubling, particularly since it lacks any detail as to what specifically may have upset you. Assuming your visit was tonight, Wednesday March 6th, I called the attendant who was on duty. She did not report to me any complaints or anyone possibly unhappy, other than a female customer who had started a washer and then asked if it could be stopped so she could take her clothes out and change to a smaller less expensive one. The attendant correctly stated to this person that stopping a machine once it had been started was not possible. Could this person have been you? If it was you, not sure this is grounds for writing this kind of review and with no constructive details beyond some false generalities. As far as other reviews saying we are rude, we can't please all of the people all of the time, but we try hard and have many excellent reviews. So that statement is not fair either. As far as no place to sit, we have a lit patio with tables, chairs and outlets in the rear area of the laundromat and a number of stools inside, by the folding tables. There are also a number of chairs out front. You mention you wasted your time coming in, but how so? Our machines wash and dry well, so surely you were able to successfully complete your laundry. If you feel your clothes were not clean enough (and we have never had such a complaint), we would have rewashed your clothes at our expense. All you had to do is mention it to the attendant on duty.Please let us know more specifically what upset you and we will look into it. Thank you.

Melissa, I am very concerned about what you experienced. This is simply not our style. Oddly, the repair person has nothing to do with refunds. I don't understand that one. If a refund is needed, we just do it. Our attendants have been there anywhere from 3 years to 8 years and know that our style IS to make people's experience a good one. We do whatever it takes to make things right. Could you plese tell me the day and approximate time you were there so I can find out who was on duty and what happened? Again, I apologize for any inconvenience, but what you have described is not acceptable, nor is it the way we do things at Posh Wash South Park. Is this where you were? I ask as there is another Posh Wash in Oceanside with no connection to us and I am shocked that this may have happened at our laundromat.
