I recently went to wash 2 days ago and I had a really bad experience ranging from customer service to machine usage and even just the cleanliness of the location. I have no idea what happened but the whole experience changed since the last time I washed and I have now switched to a different laundry mat. I do not recommend it at all. Unless you have patience or like bad experiences might be for you.

Ive been a regular to this laundromat, but this was the first time that my hampers and liquid detergent were taken while I was waiting for the dryers to be done. I hadnt left the laundromat and Im not even sure how they got taken. I had texted them several times to ask them if they would help me with the issue. They never replied to my texts. Poor customer service.
