        Does not close at 10pm. Closes at 9pm or when manager/owner feels like it. Clothes were done being dry at 8:40pm but manager/owner tried locking me out without letting me retrieve my clothes from dryer. It was 8:41pm.

        First and last visit. There was not staff available. The sink is out of order. Some washer machine are out of order. Most of the washer/dryer machines are very good. There are no restrooms for the customers.

        First and last time coming here. Says a lot about a business when I was only here for 2 minutes and felt uncomfortable because of the lady working. Glad I didnt spend my money washing here. Wanted to try it because it was close to my home but after that interaction I decided to take my business back to the Clean Express Lavanderia. At least they know customer service.
