Customer service falls short.  I purchased a Sub-Zero fridge and Bosch dishwasher from Expressions, and unfortunately had an issue with the dishwasher that required some servicing not too long after purchase.  After contacting their service department for a service request, I was told they would get back to me.  After a couple of follow ups, I continue to receive crickets.  If this is the kind of customer service support that is provided for high-end appliance, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I needed assistance in a hurry because my washer stopped working. I hadn't bought an appliance in a very long time, didn't know what to buy. Yvette was extremely helpful, courteous and assisted me quickly with all the details. I am a senior citizen and extra help is very appreciated. My daughter Laura helped me then and also helps me with computer assistance. My appliances are LG, I bought the washer and dryer. They are excellent products.

I'm giving them three stars and I can change it if they remedy the problem. I bought a washer and dryer combo to replace the one that is currently in my townhome. The sales person Scott was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the exact same Item so that I knew it would fit and he set up delivery. The delivery people canceled my delivery once and instead came three days later. They had difficulty getting my old unit out and getting the new unit upstairs and installed. The bottom line is, there's quite a bit of damage to my wood floors, and Scuffs and nicks all over my freshly painted walls. The installers took photos of all the damage they did, and told me that they submitted them to their boss and that I would be hearing from him. It has been two weeks and I have not heard anything. I will continue to attempt to get them to remedy the problem, but after reading other peoples reviews. I may have to take legal steps for action.
