Excellent customer service! Nazzy was beyond friendly and helpful. She was warm and welcoming. Shes been there for 20 plus years so her expertise in watches and jewelry are unmatched. She was knowledgeable and was able to show my wife and I several different sizes to see what fit her. Thanks again Nazzy for this beautiful Datejust 31mm. I hope to add more pieces as our journey begins

Best Rolex store in the West Coast! Great people who are very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked with Chris, he is amazing! You have to be patient to get the watch you want but everyone at the store is always accommodating when you stop in. Highly recommended!
