Great customer service but the jewelry that is gold plated is expensive and I had a ring for 1.5 months and all the gold tarnished. I have other jewelry that is gold plated that does not fade that fast for 1/4 of the price. I wanted to return it and use my credit to get a nicer piece and they said no but I can come back whenever to get a new ring which is great but such a waste of material:( not a great business model, now Ill come back for a new ring every 2 months since they have a life time warranty but wont purchase another piece from them:( such a bummer

Went in to buy something and exchange a TARNISHED item as gorjana products tend to do. Was not helped, told they barely do these exchanges anymore and to call customer service. Every other location has been able to assist me with with graciousness, the ladies in this store not only didn't help but were rolling their eyes? I was a die hard gorjana fan before today, and now I can honestly say I'll never return or purchase from them again.

Great spot for some dazzling jewelry.  Prices are very competitive. The young ladies in this store (Westchester) are wonderfully helpful and delightfully energetic.  They were welcoming and enthusiastic to help.  Best of the best at this location. Go here, buy earrings.

I got two gold plated rings over a month ago. One is just on its own as a simple gold piece. The other is a little more pricey because its a set of four rings. The lady told me about their life time warranty after I had asked her about why her jewelry was so tarnish and how long she had them. She mentioned she got them in November and already traded it in again and it was like that. I stopped myself from buy the additional bracelet I was getting. She assured me that as long as I didnt wear them in the water or when I wash my hands, the quality would be fine. She also mentioned since one of the rings is a set of 4, I had to have all of them to turn them back in when they fade. A month passes and one of the rings is silver and the set of 4 is silver and has two crystals missing already. I spent about $180 for these two rings and asked if I could exchange it for earrings or a neckless bc those dont tarnish like the rings. I already have 3 sets of earrings from them and a neckless but the woman who helped me said no and I dont own the company. I got my new set of rings after trading them in. A day later, two crystals fell out. Not the best experience and couldnt understand why I couldnt just exchange them. Especially since I am a repeated customer.

Not only is their jewelry exquisite and affordable... Their staff is top notch. I went in with a problem, and they fixed it expeditiously.  I also ordered a bracelet that wasn't  in stock, and they said it would be sent to me. (Standard shipping would have made it arrive on Monday.) I nonchalantly said: "Awww bummer, I have to leave on Sunday, and was hoping I could wear it on my trip"   Unbeknownst to me, they upgraded my shipping to 2 day, so now I have my beautiful bracelet that I can wear on my trip tomorrow!!! Customer service like this is VERY rare these days, so I just wanted to applaud the ladies working there for extending a kindness to me. I highly recommend this store, and I hope management at Gorjana read this, so they will commend their employees for a job well done.
