        My daughter had one of their inexpensive silver bracelets break, so we went in for a repair. The bracelet was purchased approx 3.5 months ago for $245. Tiffanys no longer does free repairs and does not provide any warranty for their product. The sales associate alleged that the break was due to wear & tear. For silver? 3 months? More like poor craftsmanship and low quality. Then we were told that they will have to ship the piece to NY to fix it and quoted $75. Thats 1/3 of the cost of the item?! My daughter loves the bracelet so we wanted to get it fixed. But I did not want to pay for the repair at Tiffanys just out of principal Took it to a local jeweler and got it done for $20. The sales associate was also arrogant and condescending. Poor experience. Will not return to this location.
