I purchased a Cartier watch from this seller and it was advertised as water resistant. I wore it 2 times and the faced got all fogged. That means moisture got in which means it is not water resistant. They will not give me a refund this is fraud. Do not buy anything from them

They charge you for their precious time if you decide the product they ordered for you is not to your liking. Unfortunately paid up front with cash and the guy kept $300 calling it a restocking fee. Really? Not a classy move.

I have to say that the folks at Rock N Gold creations are amazing at what they do. First of all they are super honest and the work they are capable of doing is second to none. They details and ideas they have are so intricate.. I will always work with them for all our family jewels. Cannot compromise elsewhere.. Thank you Alexi R.

I've had the pleasure of purchasing custom jewelry and estate pieces from Rock'n Gold and Simon over the past three years and have had a consistently outstanding experience with him. His combination of knowledge, craftsmanship, and reasonable pricing is hard to come by in the Jewelry industry.
