        This is an excellent company. Not only is the jewelry cute but their customer service is some of the best Ive experienced. I emailed customer service about replating a necklace that had tarnished and they were quick in responding and getting the necklace to me in time for a trip I was taking. Thank you to the Thatch team! I am a life long customer :)

        I love their jewelry but when I first bought the necklace the closure broke the first time went to put it on. They replaced it for me but I have had my gold necklace less than a year and its completely brown and green now and I had to order a new chain from a different seller for the charm.
