My experience with Carl was extremely easy! I must say I was VERY hesitant about sending jewelry across the country, but I am so glad I did. Paula was very responsive to any questions and made sure I knew the status of my mailing as well as ensuring prompt and secure delivery of my payment. Overall, a very positive experience. Only recommendation I would have to anyone using this service is to get an independent appraisal of whatever you are selling. Selling a watch is very much like selling a used car. They will find every possible flaw in order to knock off several hundred dollars from the original price range quote. If you have no independent appraisal you have no way to counter there offer. They are in the business of making money so there phone offer after receiving your item will likely be less than originally stated in offers via email assessments of photos you send.
