Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

The ambience is like an older style Italian restaurant. The wood, the materials, the pictures all over the walls. A first glance at the menu would make you think the entrees are a bit expensive but turns out the dishes are more family style where the entree will feed three or four people. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The stuffed shells were my favorite! The mixed greens salad was excellent! The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and I will come back again soon! I want to try the colossal brownie sundae!

Ordered takeout for Easter dinner. Buca forgot both the kids' spaghetti and changed the linguini whites sauce and baby clams for a red sauce dish that had squid, with no warning whatsoever ever. 2 in the group are allergic to squid. It took forever to get a manager on the phone. He asked if we'd come back, which was not happening due to the 20-minute drive 1 way. So he said he'd issue a refund for the dishes forgotten and the dish that we did not order. He said it would take a couple of days to issue. It has now been a week, and no refund was issued. We may have to dispute the entire charge now as a result. Buca has long been one of our favorites, but this was ridiculous, especially seeing how they weren't even busy when we picked up food and much earlier than normal.
