Did a physical here. There has been 0 follow up on my results. I have called multiple times and never received a response. Shameful.

I have been a patient of Dr. First for what seems like 5-6 years. I love Dr. First and NP Kelly Gonzalez however due to several repeated shortcomings of the office staff I must move on and will encourage my spouse to do the same. Numerous unreturned phone calls, difficulty establishing communication, difficulty obtaining prescription refills and difficulty obtaining records (the records incident was the day of this writing was the straw that broke the Camel's back). To their credit, the office staff are good about taking care of things once you HAVE their attention however this usually involves waiting on hold and I unfortunately do not have the time to spare for that. I wish Dr. First and Kelly all the best and thank them for the care I have received over the years. I gave two stars instead of one for their care and compassion. The office seems a little overburdened so I will help to relieve some of that and move my care elsewhere.

I like Dr First so this was not about him. But on looking up reviews after my incredibly rude treatment by the staff today, I see he is being investigated by the medical board for writing fake vaccine exceptions for children wow. The office staff is so incompetent and rude I just can't deal with them anymore. I got a referral and called five weeks later as they're good for 3 months. I was told no, she throws them out after a month. OK got another referral and called I week later. She's gone 15 minutes and says they don't have it, go get another. I say look again. Comes back in another 15 minutes and says, Oh, it was in another pile. Make an appointment and show up. They cancelled my appointment because I did not return the confirmation call. There was no confirmation call. Oh, no, she said she called twice and left a message on Friday. No. then the gal says if she said she did, I believe her. Like I'm lying. Does she think I'm so stupid I can't look at my phone log and see no one called? I verify the number. No appointment for another three months. Idiots couldn't even work at Walmart don't know why they're employed.

Sharon dr firsts office manager is the rudest woman. For over 10 years shes abused me over the phone. Dr first is lovely but Sharon is a menace and makes me feel HORRIBLE every time I speak to her.
