DO NOT USE THEM 0-STARS. They try to get in touch with decision makers at companies by using false information to elicit a response. As an example, they'll say "Did X receive the package we sent them". Can't market their own business properly or ethically, you should expect them to treat your company the same.

I received one of these ads a while back, and I was super angry over the waste.
I mean, I repurposed the tech, but you guys are disgusting and wasteful folks for sending out single-user technology like this.

They send these awful video player direct marketing pieces (and I have requested to never be sent these in the past). What am I supposed to do with this thing? The only message it sends is that this company has zero regard for waste, resource use, or sustainability. I would never work with them because of this.
