        Requested a 3D rendering through a General Contractor. Initial response was okay. Asked for a few revisions to redesign the layout of the tub and Sky was unable to understand the request and ignored our communications. We started construction without a final rendering and Sky stated they needed a few more weeks as it was their busy time. We proceeded without the rendering for the completion of the project.

We want to clarify that we made 2 revisions as per your request. Regarding the 3rd revision, we informed you that it would take longer due to the holiday season. The contractor approved skipping the final changes. Upon completion, we noticed that the final result closely resembled the rendering we provided. We encourage you to verify the details with the contractor directly. Again, we apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
