I had my monthly bill change almost every month for the last few months of my time with this office. I actually sold a motorbike (rightfully so my bill decreased), but then the next month my bill DOUBLED. After several emails, phone calls, unreturned voicemails, lack of explanation once on the call...my monthly bill changed every month going up and down with no explanation. I still never received any refunds for the month it DOUBLED. I am writing this for purely displaying the lack of customer service and attention to care. Great people but lackluster execution on actually being there for me and other customers from what I have seen.
