I wanted to write this review for the excellent service provided by Brian Grant at Pacific Premier Insurance. Brian did a great job last year with my personal policy but I recently needed a new commercial insurance policy. Brian did a great job providing me with several options and explaining all the details and differences. He was able to get the policy completed in time for me to move into my new office but at the 11th hour there was a hiccup. The property manager wanted to the policy to list the start date as the date I was receiving keys, not my actual lease start date! I had already scheduled movers and this could've created a huge issue. Although this request was outside the norm, Brian, in true rock star fashion, was able to get the date changed. I received keys and everything was seamless! Thank you again, Brian!!! I highly recommend you to anyone who wants an honest, thorough, professional, (and rock star) insurance agent for commercial or personal policies.
