    If my insurance agent Patricia was still there, I would probably have given a 5; sadly she left and when I called for assistance I was greatly disappointed. My experience went from superb interest in my needs to zero interest. I was told by Patricias supervisor when she came to our home with Patricia that my husband and I would have a yearly meeting to discuss our needs, our health, our medications, etc. and that has NEVER happened since Patricia left the company. The woman that was supposed to take over has done nothing. My husband and I were in businesses our entire careers and dealt with people providing customer service, we have had to deal with customer service ourselves for our needs and we have never been ignored this way. The rude manor is unacceptable! This person was using the insurance company to recruit clients for money management. When she found that we were already pleased with the person we had, and we were not looking for new services, she wanted nothing to do with us. This person was sending another woman over to discuss our needs when the year was up because she was too busy. I made an appointment, the woman called saying that she was stuck in traffic and could not keep the appointment and she would call to reschedule. I reminded her that this had to be done BEFORE the deadline date, that my heath provider changed my medications and it was very important to discuss this with her. I was assured that we would make that happen. It did not happen. I called snd either got mo answer or when someone did answer, no call back! The time passed the date and my insurance was not changed to meet my needs. When I finally got through to this agent, I was told that it wasnt her job to do this and that I was supposed to be advised each year.. I reminded her that she told me that she would advise me each year, she would go over medications with me each year and find the best program for me to fit my needs. I was waiting to be advised and get guidance like promised by her, and she, nor the woman she was sending, showed up to advise or guide me! She cut me off saying that she was out of town and would call me back when she returned to San Diego. Its been 6 monthsIm still waiting. In my experience, Bankers Life doesnt care..unless they get your money to manage. They were not hired to manage my money; they were hired to provide supplemental health insurance and to give me guidance.
