        We tried to correct the address of our insured property and wasnt successful several times. We believe that there is a bug in Allstate website form. Luckily, once Steven Chan took over this task, he solved our problem quickly and effectively.

        Service agent is extremely rude (aka Portia the HO meiyi), interrogated me at 10PM over lapsed insurance and threatened me that no places in California will issue new insurance. This place screams SKETCHY. I had their insurance for years and she finally showed her true colors (scary) ALSO THEY WILL SAVE UR CARD INFO WITHOUT CONSENT
