Attic Projects

We had a rat infestation in our attic/crawl space and so we had Forman Tristan and crew members Sergio and Tony help us this week; they did an amazing job. They were super communicative. Tristan let us know exactly what it is they were doing, how the process will help solve the problem and made sure we understood what was happening and why. Definitely recommend them to help with your attic/crawl space needs! We were super satisfied with the results.

I can't say enough about our crew from Attic Projects. Tristan, Sergio and Tony did an unbelievably detailed job on our house. The worked clean, cleaned up and were overall consummate professionals. Add 5 more stars...this was a ten star job Thanks guys.

Highly recommended Attic Projects . Mark came by and did the inspection and he was great . Very thorough explained everything in detail . He also followed up with me after the work was done . It was a pretty big job and it was done in two days .

Today was our initial inspection with Matthew from Attic Projects. He was punctual, and generous with the time spent during inspection. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and was able to graciously articulate our situation. The suggestions and recommendations which were suggested to help move us forward were reasonable, especially considering all that would be encompassed. We look forward to having our home restored to the condition it is much needed to be in. Weve looked over the past year for a company that could offer something this thorough. Someone kindly suggested calling Attic Projects. Im pleasantly surprised and impressed with the company. The Project Manager really helped eliminate the stress of this issue. Greatly appreciated!! Bottom line up front: these guys are fantastic! We recently had Attic Projects investigate our problem with rodent intrusion in our house. They took a holistic approach to prevent the rodents from entering with an incredibly thorough inspection (and I mean THOROUGH!), followed by preventing each and every possible entry point. Our insulation was rodent stained, so that was expertly replaced by the team with eco-friendly and rodent-unfriendly material. The crew that worked on our project was suburb, including foreman Tristan, and his teammates Sergio, Tony and Jake. They worked hard and they were polite and professional, but what stood out to me was their persistence. We have a 10-year warranty on their work, so let's face it, our interests are aligned. Lastly, we needed some drywall work (and painting) because of water damage. They expertly did that repair....at no charge (I forgot to get the name of that skilled person, but thanks)! Again, shout out to Tristan, Sergio, Tony, and Jake and the entire Attic Projects team!!
