Reliable Standard Heating & Air Scripps Mira Mesa

I had an issue with the condensate pump for my ac unit, it would keep pumping for 20mins very often, shortly after stopping each time it would run again and again. I was worried that it would destroy itself, but didn't know what to do. I found Reliable on here and saw the good reviews and decided to call them. I let them know about my problem, and they quickly sent someone over to my home. The tech was very professional and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. There was a kink in the condensate line tube for draining the water. Unfortunately, due to the way the original AC installers installed my lines, a very tall ladder was needed which Reliable didn't have on hand. But they made an appointment with me the very next day and came by punctually to fix my issue. They are very professional and fair priced. I would highly recommend Reliable to my friends, and would use their services again if I have other issues.

Furnace broke in Mira Mesa, 2 companies told me I needed to replace the entire system for 15-20k which I thought was ridiculous. Reliable came and said only the furnace and everything else would be fine. They installed a new furnace and everything works! I had a feeling I didnt need to replace the whole system like those other two companies said! Great service, theyre worth it!
