I'm so happy to have hired Joseph and his team for the replacement of my old furnace/HVAC system with a new heat pump. I read a lot of reviews on Google and Yelp and contacted various companies. Actually, it was Raymond Lane's review here that made me contact Joseph. After working with Joseph, I can say that everything Raymond described also corresponds to my experience. Joseph is polite, respectful, professional, and very reasonable compared to larger companies in the area. He really knows his stuff and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining to me the most technical stuff. He was also incredibly helpful in helping me find a system that meets the criteria for the $2000 rebate of the Inflation Reduction Act, and provided the supporting documentation. Not to mention that he agreed to conduct accurate measurements on airflow to ensure all the vents of my system are properly balanced. He pays attention to details and would do what is best for your situation (and your pockets). This was true from the beginning when I contacted him about a whole-house mini-split idea and eventually he recommended a new heat pump, which would be more suitable and economical than mini-splits for my house. Aussie's installed a heat pump system, for heating and cooling. Joseph helped us choose the heat pump suitable for our location. It took 2 days to install and it works. Joseph also arranged for 2 required inspections, one from California HERS and the other by the inspector from the city of San Diego. The installation passed both inspections without any problems.
