I contacted Bella House Cleaning because I was in need of a deep clean. Specifically including a deep clean of my blinds which had some mold spots due to wet weather. I explained my cleaning needs to Bella via text. I specifically stated everything I wanted done and the size of my home.. I was very detailed. First of all, my cleaner was 30 mins late.I was home for half the cleaning then gone for the rest. Upon returning home that evening some areas looked good. The bathtub was cleaner than I had ever seen! Floors looked sparkling. Upon further inspection things got worse.. kitchen grout was not cleaned, counters were just quickly wiped down. The countertop by my dish drainer was not even touched. There was a layer of dust on top of my 5 ft my fridge. Dresser was dusty. The worst part was there is still mold on my blinds.. An issue that Bella assured could be cleaned and resolved through booking the deep clean :( After reaching out to Bella she did lessen the price to a regular clean vs. deep clean. I was not pleased with this solution due to the fact that I now have to schedule another company to do the same service.

Casa Bella House Cleaning Service is a great company to hire if you are in need of house cleaning services. They are very professional and friendly. They do a thorough job of cleaning and only use eco friendly cleaning products. I highly recommend Casa Bella House Cleaning Service!

Cleaning staff did a great job. She was on time, friendly, got along with my dogs and it was not terribly expensive. They were not the cheapest option I received but definitely the easiest to book with and simple pricing.

Having never hired a house cleaner before, I asked Bella for a move-out cleaning as required by my lease and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her cleaner did a fantastic job and they made it so easy on me when I wasn't able to be at the house at the time of the cleaning. The price was great too. My landlord is satisfied and so am I!

Just want to say this is my first time reaching out on yelp for a cleaning services. Actually this is my first time scheduling a cleaning service. I would like to say Bella and her crew were absolutely amazing!!! I needed my new Condo me and my roommate were moving into on the 1st of Aug cleaned and it was July 31st when I was looking around(seriously last min) and Bella responded extremely quick gave me a extremely great flat rate with more than one cleaner. She was able to schedule me for the 1st at 8:30 that morning me and my roommate had movers moving our stuff out of our old place and into the new by 11:00 that morning. Bella reassured me everything will be taken care of before the movers show up. I really needed the place cleaned bad especially the tubs. Needless to say they showed up 10 min earlier than scheduled and when I pointed my trouble areas out they understood and began working I had to leave to supervise the move and right when I pulled up to my new Condo they were done with amazing results! Literally the place felt so clean and sanitized. Before the place felt dark dirty and just disgusting. I was in such amazement they had to walk me through everything they cleaned even cleaned areas I totally missed! I just want to say thank you again Bella I definitely recommend this 100% to anyone!
