the location was amazing. my girlfriend and i had a good stay. staff was so nice and again location was phenomenal. however the room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. the pool was dirty. the walls and bathroom mirrors were dirty. looked like cleaning staff barley cleaned.

I just stayed here for 4 nites. A nice room and great location. I was told if I booked direct I would get free breakfast during my stay. I was given a coupon for 1 day only during my 4 nite stay. The breakfast (1 choice only) and coffee was horrible and I decided not to ask for any more coupons for the remaining days. I recommend booking thru a 3rd party to get the best rates and skip the breakfast! Food & drinks: Skip the hotel restaurant.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed from 3/25 to 3/27/2024. Its a decent place with good customer service. When people are walking outside of your room you will hear them as if you were outside with them haha and this is why we have TVs. Turn it on and rest in your small room. Good for one person. Very cozy and no bugs given how sensitive I am to bedbugs. I had anxiety when I read the reviews but I didnt find most of them to be true. I didnt enjoy the carne asada tacos at the hotel but Im sure if I went with the fish it wouldve been better. Very good 3 to 3.5 star experience.

The only plus was the location as it close to some restaurants and shopping plus reasonable distance to some main attractions. Room was not nice at all and very low quality. Lights were so dim and also the floor was not carpet as in the pictures and colors and brightness was also not there in real. Out side of my hotel room also the hotel interior is very poor and surrounding also not very nice and attractive. I booked this looking at nice pictures and trust me guys the reality is very different and misleading. I am travelling across USA since 2 years and this is the one and only worst stay for me. front desk people are not that welcoming, professional and friendly except the one gentle man seemingly manager there with blue eyes (I am sorry I do not remember your name but it starts with letter "Cl.." ". Other female front desk officers seems exhausted and annoyed when we ask some questions. It is obvious that travelers might definitely have questions specially we are new to the location and the hotel. Terrible stay and would never recommend. Not worth for money at all. They could've certainly do better.
