Radiant Hospice

Radiant Hospice was a Godsend to us, helping my mother-in-laws final days peaceful and comfortable, as well as providing comfort and support to her family members. What a wonderful organization!

The care and compassion that was shown to me was so appreciated. The nurses explained what was happening and never further than a phone call away. Even after mom's passing, they have been there to support me - even when I didn't think I needed it! (But I really did!!) Great people to work with.

In very difficult time of my life personnel of Radiant Hospice made every effort to make the whole experience as easy as possible. There is certain number of visit regulated by the authorities, Radiant Hospice was not only at our home more often than promised when we signed an agreement, but were at our home every time when we called for advice. Drugs were delivered right away even in the middle of a night. All of them were not only professional but compassionate. Way beyond expectations.Thank you.

Do not use this company Perhaps this does not apply to the actual patient caregivers; However, as for who is running this company (from the top down) and the poor job they do, I cannot imagine someone concluding that this is the best hospice they could select for end of life care for their loved one.They are not available 24-7 as their website suggests.Patients and families are not their primary concerns (some might be at times and others not so much).There are so many hospice companies in the San Diego area that (in my opinion) someone could easily do better than selecting Radiant Hospice.Regardless of which hospice company you ultimately chose, a good hospice company is not defined by how perfect they are. A good hospice company is defined by how responsive they are. Whichever hospice company provides care for your loved one it should be one that is responsive to your issues and or request, if they are not you should switch companies ASAP. Your loved ones do not have time for back-office games.
