Sanaz and her skilled nurses and caregivers jumped right in and were able to provide 24 hour in home care for a dear friend in a sudden crisis. Everyone was very responsive to our needs and worked hard to accomodate us on very short notice.
I would highly recommend BrightStar for the caring service they offer!

Lia is truly an amazing caregiver, friend, and helper for me. When she arrives we make a list together of what I want done and she always gets most everything done. She prides herself on her loving care, and her clarity and efficiency. And so does her colleague, Bowen, which just goes to show the excellent service caregivers of BrightStar offer. I've tried other companies and, in my opinion, Bright Star is han ds down the superior choice.

I am part of a research study at Cedar Sinai Hospital in L. A.. Tracy, is a nurse working with Bright Star. She comes to my condo every two weeks. On one of the bi-monthly visits she collects blood and urine samples for the purposes of doing medical labs. She will ask me a number of questions relating to my health and enter my answers in report that is then sent with the labs to Cedar Sinai. On her next visit, I'm given an injection, as part of the scientific study being done at Cedar Sinai. We talk, and she asks questions regarding my health during the last two weeks. My answers and her data entries are then submitted to Cedar Sinai. Tracy has been wonderful in every way. She has never been late for our appointments. She has always been "up" and enjoyable to chat with. I can say at my stage in life, I've had many blood draws, and she is one of the very best at inserting the needle. She's painless, which I appreciate. We've always scheduling our next appointment, and at times the next two visits together. I pull out the calendar, and she gives me the 6 days, that are two weeks away, in which Cedar Sinai needs to have the labs or the shot being injected. By mutual accord we agree on the date and time of her next visit. This scheduling has always been collaboratively arranged, and thus convenient for both our schedules. She is dependable, pleasant, always on time, and a real pleasure to interact with every two weeks. She definitely represents Bright Star in a very professional manner.

I am currently employed with Brightstar and I love it they are so kind and welcoming! And the clients I work with are just as amazing!
