They take all your personal information for employment and then never get back to you, they take weeks to do reference checks and Esther the lady in the office has no time management skills because you dont just leave people hanging. They have copies of everything my social security card, and drivers license and never even got back to me to tell me hey, you didnt get hired. Nothing just ignored.

The staff at Attentive Home Care have an insurmountable lack of privacy for its employees. This company lacks empathy for its employees, they pry into employees personal affairs and are one of the lowest paid caregiver agencies. I do not recommend working here.

Attentive home care workers are the best!  They cared for my Mom while I was working for the last 2 years of her life.  They were compassionate, professional and skilled.  I am a critical care nurse with 30+ years of experience and have no reservations recommending Attentive home care.  The admin staff was always available to help with special requests, or to deal with any issues.  Worth every dollar!

After I had a fall in 2017 that broke my hip, I was homebound for my period of recovery and physical therapy, My children have moved out of state so they were not an option to assist me, with my sudden change of independence and coming discharged from hoag, I had to do research on my options as I wanted to maintain living at home as independently as possible. I did alot of research and decided that a home care agency was my best option. I ended up calling Attentive and finding out that they are family owned was nice, but also the fact they are licensed and insured (many other home care providers are not, do your research carefully) was the best and safest option. My caregiver Julie helped me with everything from my discharge, to maintaining my vegetable and herb garden! Julie is friendly and professional, and has become a friend and member of the Done family. Not only did she help me with keeping my home tidy, but also prepared me some fantastic meals! Having Julie has enabled me to keep the home I love and stay active in my community. The agency has been a god send as I have herd some mixed experiences with other services. Thank you Julie and Attentive Home care!!!Ethel Done
