I picked this company for my physical therapy after knee replacement surgery. I did so because I had my surgery at UCSD and I thought that I would receive the same professional treatment I did at the hospital. I couldn’t have been more mistaken! This is the most dysfunctional operation I have ever dealt with, beginning with the main office. The therapists that did come to my home were actually quite nice and professional, but the communication between them and the office was beyond terrible! The therapists would show me the schedule for the next week, and then the office scheduler would change it without notifying me, the patient. I would make sure to make the scheduled times free for my appointment and no one would show up. I would call the therapist to find out what happened and they would tell me that the scheduler made changes and they wouldn’t be coming that day, but the next day, when I had made my doctor appointment.When I wouldn’t be available at the new date, it would be canceled until the next week, and I wouldn’t get therapy that week.
This happened on a regular basis! I would highly recommend not using this company for yourself or a loved one. You know there is a problem when the therapists are frustrated with the scheduling and the lack of communication to the patient. I heard this from more than one.
There are other companies that are so much better! Use one of those! God bless,
