this company got some of the best train models out there. but VERY HARD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH WHEN YOU NEED PARTS been talking to support in dec 2022 its now feb 2023 they have the parts told me they cost 39 bucks . we let you know how much it cost to ship to canada they say. it dont take a month we ship this week take my cc number each time i call . that was on jan 16th i just give up

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to change the battery in the fob and the soldering all came loose. I explained my situation to them over the phone and they offered to replace it. I went on to explain how used my other fob temporarily and ran an older Aristocraft U25B. Well the ol girl ended up blowing the transformer! I was informed that older ARTS draw too much power thus causing my predicament. The guys at Piko were SOLID GOLD AND THEY REPLACED IT ALL!! I also went immediately and bought a 20 amp inline fuse. Not a bad idea regardless of what you run. You might save a transformer or a Dash 9
