    I gladly recommend this recovery house, since its nursing staff is very kind and very humane women, who care about our well-being. Helping us with everything we need after surgery. For me, this recovery house is the best that exists in Tijuana!! And your Coordinator Zehida Daz is the best person I have ever met with a compassionate, loving and very kind spirit!! There is no place in the world like this. If anyone is planning to have a surgical procedure, I recommend this super recovery house. Excellent treatment!

    I can't say how satisfied I am with HWB enough. from the beginning to the end. very professional and caring. The aftercare was amazing with round the clock care and help with anything I needed. The staff did an amazing job and were very helpful. thank you again.

    Sadly I would not recommend coming here after my experience, I’m sure there are better clinics in Mexico. I went for a breast Aug and left in October of 2023. Everything up until and including the surgery was great, unfortunately it’s when you leave the facilities that things take a turn. Multiple emails to reach someone with questions, some issues with surgery and healing after the fact, misinformation etc. I had one email to see how I was doing once I got back to Canada and that was it! They had my money so I was no longer a concern. I will say, the nurses at the aftercare house are amazing !

    Where do I start!! The process was so smooth from the time I sent the first inquiry to the flight back home! I swear I am not being paid or even asked to leave this review. I just truly felt like it needs to be done so more people can see that this is the place you can trust. I got a rhinoplasty in December 2023. I am almost 3 months post-op now, and Im finally writing my review. Communication: 10/10 My driver Abraham was AMAZING!! So helpful. So kind. He even made an extra trip to our hotel when my mom had to go home early unexpectedly. I even still receive texts/emails from HW Bazaar asking how my recovery is going. This team really cares. Safety: 10/10 Speaking of my mom going home unexpectedly.. I was in Tijuana by myself (23 y/o F) for 3 days and I felt so comfortable and so safe in my hotel. Anything I could have possibly needed was within a 5 minute walk if not right there in the hotel with me. I wish I spoke more Spanish but I have since been learning because I WILL BE BACK!! As far as safety at the hospital, I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Rodas and his care team. While there was a bit of a communication barrier, I never once felt like I didnt know what was going on. Results: 10/10!!! Like I said I am only 3 months post rhinoplasty, and this surgery takes anywhere from 8 months to 18 months to fully heal. However, I was so happy with my results the moment I got the cast taken off. I felt like Dr. Rodas really listened to what I wanted and kept my nose looking natural while still taking care of ALL of my insecurities. Again, this is not paid or coerced even though it sounds a bit like an infomercial I just really love this team and I want everyone to go!!

Admittedly, communication via email was somewhat slower than anticipated, leading to initial confusion regarding pre-procedure requirements and hotel bookings. This concern, however, was promptly and efficiently addressed in person by Sofia and Viridiana, who clarified the nuances of the service package, including accommodation logistics for companions during the surgical process. Their explanation of the email prioritization system employed by HWB also shed light on the response times, which, in hindsight, made perfect sense. The transportation services provided by HWB deserve special mention. Abraham, our driver, was nothing short of exceptional, offering not just a ride but a genuinely joyful and welcoming experience from the moment we landed. His demeanor and assistance significantly eased the logistical aspects of our journey. Jaime, our driver in Tijuana, seamlessly continued this level of service, ensuring our comfort and easing the transition between the airport, hotel, and hospital. The staff at Quartz Hotel mirrored this hospitality, showcasing particular care for my fiance as a surgery patient and making our stay comfortable and worry-free. The informative gesture about the hotel deposit was also appreciated for its transparency. (Piece of info- even though HBW pays for your stay with your package, there is a deposit at the hotel of roughly $200 which they hold until check out, the. You get it back) Medical personnel, including Dr. Michel and the entire team at the facility, were commendable for their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. Their approach to patient care, from the surgery to post-operative instructions, was thorough and imbued with a sense of personal investment in our well-being. The recent visitor policy adjustment post-COVID and the efficient discharge process further exemplified their commitment to patient safety and convenience. The hospital is very secure and everywhere you have to have a code to get into where patients are as well as other offices. Navigating Tijuana was surprisingly easy and safe, contrasting sharply with the pedestrian experiences in many U.S. cities. The option to use a footbridge for hospital visits was both economical and practical. Abrahams proficiency and kindness in our return journey to San Diego highlighted the end-to-end consideration and care HWB extends to its clients. His efforts to show us around and ensure our comfort before our departure were above and beyond. A final word of advice to future clients: consider bringing cash for convenience and as a gesture of appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff, who truly deserve recognition for their dedication. (Literally, I couldnt find an ATM to get money for tipping which was very upsetting because these people deserved more) In conclusion, my experience with HWB Medical Services was not just a medical procedure but a journey marked by exceptional care, support, and human kindness. It has set a high benchmark for medical tourism and is a testament to the quality and dedication of their team. We are already planning our next visit, looking forward to another procedure with confidence in the outstanding service we will receive.
