I had an amazing experience here, nastasja helped me through the whole process with ease, as a very shy person she made me feel comfortable and safe to express my concerns. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

Just got out of not only a life changing experience for my teeth, but also an amazing/friendly experience for myself. Make sure to ask for Nastasja (yay I spelled it right), she is very informative, very caring, and super friendly. I'm aware teeth aligning can be pricey and I waited a long time to be able to get mine and finally its possible. Nastasja helped me decide the best fit for my teeth and the best options for my payments (completely doable they have monthly payment options yay!). I never felt pressured to make a purchase or bombarded with pricing and it felt like a day with friends. Highly recommend to go in person it's more accurate and it's a great experience. Thank you again Nastasja, I will make sure to refer for you, great job keep it up! :)

I've visited this office twice. Both times were extremely fast, courteous, and professional. Nastaja and Anngelina both took good care of me on separate visits. They welcomed me, performed all the scans, and educated me on the process. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The office manager was also excellent on both visits, following up with me to correct a shipping error and even escalated my case. Customer service is A1!

My visit to Smile Direct Club was smooth and straightforward, the staff explained everything to me that I needed to or should know. They were very friendly and welcoming, it was a good experience.
