Gloss Hair Studio

The owner needs to know I was going to book online but called beforehand to confirm. I wanted a partial highlight and lowlight. It was obvious with the way the receptionist went back and forth with Cheyenne, the stylist I was going to book with that she simply did not want to do my hair today. Perhaps she just wanted to end early on a Friday or didnt want to deal with a blonde. Either way, the apt time was good online, but not when I called because words kept being put in my mouth. I could have easily sent pictures of my hair as well. However, the time and service was available on line. I will never give this business my time again.

Cheyenne was an excellent  hairstylist! She cut my curly hair ! And I must say she knows how to cut and  style me hair type very well! My 19 month old son and husband came to the appointment, and they gave excellent customer service.  They were wonderful to my baby and asked my hubby if he was thirsty and offered coffee or soda, which was nice because he didn't have to ask . It was a great experience, and I will come back again and I have  already set up an appointment for my daughter:) The overall experience was excellent!

I've used Claudette for color and cut a few times and am now confident in recommending her as a stylist at this salon. Not only does she listen and execute what I ask for, she is honest about styles that she does not think will look good on me in such a nice and diplomatic way, which I appreciate so much!!  And the experience getting my hair done with her is always pleasant.
