        I just finished the 6 week challenge and I met my goal! The whole staff are very friendly and approachable. The community was very welcoming and not at all intimidating. I received so much guidance and information to reach my goal. Definitely would recommend to people who want to have a scheduled workout while keeping it fun and engaging!
