        They really need to upgrade. I'm going to add more to my review from 3 years ago. Recently I've unfortunately been very disappointed in LA fitness especially this location. Thank God to kenny who was a Godsend otherwise, things would've escalated to alot worse situations. They're all about sales and not abit about customer relations or service. They sell you a package and the next day they don't even say hi nor recognize you. Horrible services and their equipments are all super outdated 🤬😡
