Row House Fitness - CLOSED

This place is awesome!!! The club manager Nick who is also a coach, all of the coaches Zoe, Deanna , Bob and Melissa and all of the support staff are fantastic and make for a wonderful total experience. There is excellent camaraderie amongst my fellow rowers who range from young and old, beginners to experts and surprisingly pretty even split between males and females. This is one of the best all around workouts you can find. It is a very nice balance between, cardio, strength, stretching and core. I look forward to each and every workout.

Row house coaches are great and professional. The workouts are hard but very fun and a full body workout. The music is awesome and the energy in the classes are so positive. The members and staff have done an amazing job at establishing a community where everyone gets to know each other and meet new people. I also would like to add that communication is pretty efficient for a business that was understaffed since the opening. They do a good job of catering to their members needs.

Buyer beware! I have been trying to ensure that my membership was cancelled since August- all in writing and they have ignored me. I was moving back east and have no way to walk into the store. The other brands under this umbrella seem to have no issue with responding, and even the Solana Beach location is very responsive. This location however seems to want to sketchy. I have tried emailing (no response), texting (no response) and calling (I don't think anyone even bothers answering the phone) and I have contacted billing- they tell me they can't help me. I am reporting them to the BBB and ensuring that everywhere I can write a review on this place I can. All they seem to care about is getting your money,.
