The specialty cheese counter is always great, with pleasant, knowledgeable staff and good special sales & discounts. However the deli to me, is usually a nightmare: wait around forever Even when there is no one ahead of me, and the deli counter guys never understand me, and they're unpleasant and brusque... Like they don't WANT to understand me.

This location needs to be checked! I am sick now because they are selling sour moldy food. Bought a tiramisu and it was super sour. Be careful what you purchase at this location. & If food is bad don't mark it down and still try to sell it, throw it out! Also the people who shop her are rude a later put a hateful note on my bumper because she felt as if I stole her parking spot when we both were there at the same time a car pulled out. A tweaker but the back of the store bathrooms being rude and talking aggressively to customers. Definitely the worst shopping experience at a Ralph's I've ever had. Been on a ringing line for 10 minutes waiting to speak to a manager & I am probably not going to get through to anyone. To top it off I never got my receipt so I probably can't even return the spoiled tiramisu waste of money & now I'm sick.

I stopped in at this store today at 5 p.m., prime shopping time, to buy a piece of fish. Unfortunately, I found the meat counter closed. I rang for help and waited about five minutes (as more customers also lined up for assistance), but no one responded. So I rang again; another five minutes and still no one showed up. So I went to the front desk and spoke to manager Diane, who was chatting with several associates. She informed me--nonchalantly and without apology--that she had no staff available to service the meat counter since the person assigned to it was on break ... and would remain on break for another 15 minutes. I left the store without making my purchase since I don't have a half hour to wait to buy fish. I left muttering to myself about Ralph's poor service and shortsighted marketing strategy.
