This would be zero stars if possible. Today was the last straw with this company. I purchased cabinets, vanities and counter tops from them for a rental property. The installation crew they sent was absolutely the worst crew I've ever seen. Absolutely no standards and they don't speak a word of English. There is no project supervisor to speak of. You will be stuck trying to communicate via Google translate. All you get from them is "uh-huh" to everything and they don't do anything you ask them. These guys made numerous mistakes and they made an absolute MESS out of my driveway. They don't actually fabricate counter tops, they just cut them with a grinder. This will cover everything you own in dust. Their cuts are sloppy and they have no eye for detail. The silicone they used on the counters was abysmal, not any color close to the counter top color and super thick. Really ugly. My guys ended up tearing out the silicone and installing a new product, which GFD said wasn't possible. They just didn't want to spend any time correcting mistakes. We made a simple request to the first crew to cover the new vinyl plank floors. The main installer threw a fit and left the site. Not a huge ask and covering floors is standard practice in any industry. I finally got in touch with "Alli". She stopped by to see my complaints. They sent another crew and that crew leader saw the obvious issues with the first go around with the install. He rolled his eyes several times at the poor workmaniship. She said no one else has had any issues with their installations, which I find hard to believe. Fast forward to today. They were supposed to supply and install a granite top in my upstairs laundromat free of charge to cover the previous install nightmare. Now Alli is demanding I pay her installer $300.00 right now, before the work is done. I told her no, that it should have been covered and if I was to pay, it would be after the work is complete and approved. It's also taken them months to come back and finish the final small details on the cabinet installation. They still owe me pantry shelves that were never installed. These guys also ended up having to replace the waterfall counter top. The original one they installed was 1" out of plumb in 2.5', which is visibly obvious. They also chipped the bottom of it installing it. As you see in one of the pics, they used a piece of plywood which they wedged between the counter top and newly painted wall to hold the counter top in place. This gouged the walls in several places and I ended up having to fix the texture and paint. See pics attached. Poor workmanship, details overlooked, a disaster of a mess in the driveway. Their answer to the mess in the driveway was to just wash all of it down the driveway to my neighbors house. Not legal or acceptable. After all this, Alli had the nerve to say they lost money on this deal. Not sure how that's my problem. I paid them 22k in advance. Not my fault their install crews had to keep coming back for issues they caused. I'd say don't use this company. They aren't qualified to mow your lawn. If you do use them, make sure you have someone there monitoring them 24/7.

"I went to Granite Factory Direct and found one customer assistance helping a person, while another girl was answering the phone. I observed the person being assisted for about 10 minutes, and then the girl went to help a new representative. She stood next to them and a customer for about a minute, but did not acknowledge my presence, so I kept waiting. When she appeared to have some free time, I asked her if she could help me. However, her body language and attitude seemed very negative after I approached her. She then spoke in Spanish to another woman who was coming down the stairs, and it was obvious that she didn't like being called out on her behavior. She looked for validation from her coworkers, which showed that she was not receptive to criticism from the start. I only asked for pricing, but until then, she had a negative attitude. Therefore, I would not recommend this company unless this person is reprimanded for her behavior."
