Our garage door system is over 15 years old. Mike conducted a thorough inspection, told me what were the issues and quoted me a very fair price. He was the third quote I received and identified the same issues the previous two companies foundbut at a way better price. I highly recommend Coastal Garage Doors for anyone looking to have their doors repaired. Ill be calling on him when the time comes to replace my doors.

Mike is the best. He is local, kind, fair, and will do everything it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Do not waste time calling a bunch of people (I did), because his price is right and his service is better than anyone.

Mike has installed three garage doors for me on three separate occasions, including a large high-end roll-up with translucent panels. He is super easy to work with, and the doors and quality of install are impeccable. Highly recommend!

Mike is an indepepent businessman who truly cares about his customers. He installed a new garage door opener unit for my mother in Aug 2017. In Aug 2021, her opener and wall opener did not work so my brother in Los Angeles called a San Diego company to service the new unit based on their yelp reviews, as he did not know that Mike had previously installed 4 years before. The supposedly excellent rated company sold my 92-year mother a high end wifi unit and SHE DOESN"T USE A CELL PHONE. They quoted my brother $700 then upsold my mom somehow and we got invoiced for $950. Mike has been nothing but responsive providing the details of his work and the paperwork needed to help us with this situation. Had my brother or I been with my mom, I don't believe the other company would have even suggested this sale because we of course would have known better. Very disappointed that this happens so frequently with our seniors.
