        We called them early on a Monday morning and they arrived within a couple of hours, they did some troubleshooting on our old unit, they tried to do a hard reset and reprogram the keypad and remotes. When this didnt work they offered to search for the wireless board and order for me. I declined and had them replace the whole unit, my old unit was 20+ years old, they had a new state of the art version with them, it took about an hour and now Im all set for another 20 years! The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone who is having issues or needs a new garage door opener.
