Always a pleasure to work with and would be happy to continue doing business with Pre Sales for quite some time. Francis is always on her A-game and getting things handled quickly. In the rental business time is what we sell and she gets that. Thanks again to Francis and everyone else on the Pre Sales team.

Way over priced!!! Avoid this company. Poor quality equipment that seems to be stored in wet conditions and even worse customer service. I got tables with rusty hardware which they said was normal for their products, scratched table tops and missing parts for a table kit that was ordered. I ordered $5000 in equipment and requested that they send a replacement top for the damaged table and the missing parts from the kit to fulfill the order. I would guess that their cost couldnt be more than $100. They refused. They claimed that I was lying and that the shipment was not missing parts. They were willing to send me the replacement top if I paid for shipping (keep in mind that $750 was for shipping on my 5k order) and the top wouldnt come assembled with the hardware. They wanted me to disassemble the rusty hardware and mount it on the raw materials (the rest were shipped assembled, basically do their job for them to save them the cost of the hardware needed to fullfill the order). Their equipment is not better than the many other suppliers in the industry. Its the relationship that matters. They ruined this relationship. I will never order again and urge you to take your business to a company that cares about their clients.
