I usually go to the Mission Valley store, and Mira Mar was my first visit, on a Saturday around 3 PM December 16th, 2023. My total stay was not exceeding 10 minutes due to a rude, inappropriate, and I stepped out after confronting her with her incomprehensible behavior. The sales manager, Christina, harrassed me while attempting to shop. She would comment on the way I view the coffe tables in a very rude manner. She imitated me and mocked follows them around even beyond the store doors. Her staff heard her telling me that I can leave. I'm afraid for other customers to go through the same hill that I went through today.

Purchased the Amanda sofa in the cover, "Autumn." It turned out perfect! I love the streamlined silhouette and vibrant cover. Super comfortable! I appreciate that they have several options of tight back sofas and lots of cover options as well. I love that I was able to customize my sofa. Martin was the sales associate that helped us from beginning to end. The process was efficient and straight to the point. He was very informative and friendly. We loved working with him! The furniture arrived sooner than expected and the delivery service was great as well. I've always wanted furniture from La-Z-Boy and this experience did not disappoint. The sofa is such a beautiful addition to our home.
