I highly recommend Wholesale Flowers. They have beautiful flowers, containers, and so much more. Tiffany provided exceptional customer service when I needed help preparing something for a grieving friend. She went above and beyond, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate her kindness. Tom, I am very impressed with the attention to detail you and your team did for me. My Dad's funeral was beautiful. You made it stress-free for me at a time of sadness. I was particularly happy with the design, delivery time, and final floral arrangements. You used a photo I liked, and created just what I wanted and more. It was beautiful and was fresh the next day for the service. Your delivery service was exceptional. You worked with me on the delivery time, I was notified 45 minutes before anticipated delivery. I bought a new vase in a box took it home and it had imperfections. I returned it and the second vase in a new box had imperfections. Upon returning the second vase asked for money back. The employee said she was and refunded my money. When I was in business I would give my client a discount or try to find a way to help the client recover from a loss. Saying sorry is nice, but it doesnt account for time. When I suggested a discount for taking my time the employees looked at as if I was trying to take advantage of the store. I earn $150.00 an hour the vase was under $16.00. Im the one wasting my time and she is acting as if discounting a $16.00 vase is a big deal. Right up the street is Flowers and Produce Market. I will be going there from now on. Wholesale flowers would not take their flowers back. They stuck with the flowers & 3 wasted trips. Im done with them.
