Only good thing here is the prices...staff was not helpful told us to either wait an hour for a fork lift...or load 35 boxes of flooring ourselves. Dark hair girl at the front ...super rude thought she was funny but was just flat out rude. Won't be returning to this store again

Be prepared for rudeness and incompetence! Visited this location on Dec 30th, 2023 to pick up two boxes of tile that I paid for at the other location. The staffs attitude at this location is night and day compared to where I usually go. The two women in the front are horribly rude and incompetent. I asked if the only available in one size 36 vanity was in stock. I was met with an absurd what size!?, she left to check the stock but never came back.
Tho other one told me in a condescending tone to pick up my tiles at the pickup location in the back. Nobody was there, lights off, door in the back was open so I called in the warehouse, walked in and was met with a you cant be in here, you have to leave!. I had to really stand my ground and convince this guy to give me my tiles so I could get out of there.
Wow, what a nightmarish experience, how can this store even stay open.
