Abbey Carpet has been my go to flooring company for several years now and they have never let me down. I've worked with Seth and several of the other young men at Abbey Carpet and Flooring. Every single person from Abbey has been very kind, courteous, and helpful. Their workmanship is excellent, as has their dependability and follow through. I've never worked with a company that so consistently puts the customer's needs front and center. Without going into detail, I can attest that this company has on several occasions gone out of the way to help me solve issues that were definitely outside the scope of what you would expect from a contractor. I'm forever grateful to Seth and the guys.

My husband and I are so glad we found Abbey Carpet for our flooring needs. We visited their showroom where we met Chris. He worked with us to find and order samples to ensure the right color match. He even worked with a supplier to create a sample that matched the dye lot of our existing carpet. He was so helpful, extremely patient and communicative without overstepping or pressuring us for a decision. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product, their team: Chris, Seth, Frank and his son, the installers. I highly recommend Abbey Carpet for the best all-around experience.

Well where to start. I hired them to complete a full condo remodel and it was a disastrous experience. Shah, the supposed contractor, came once to take measurements for my condo and after never saw him again. His crew led by Alonso were some of the most unprofessional workers I've come across. It was a constant battle every time they came to try to extort more money from me, but that's not the worst of it. The amount of mistakes and wasted money are as follows: They put the tiles I bought for the floor on my walls which I wasn't compensated for and that they had to redo the entire project, they put the showerhead criminally low, around 5'07 inches. The shower valve that they installed broke within 4 months and they refuse to take accountability for their job. They've canceled more times than I can count. Lastly, I was told that Seth, who I presume is the owner, said that he enjoyed watching the Persian(shah) and the Egyptian(me) squabble. There are plenty of contractors and flooring options in San Diego, I would stay clear of these guys

AMAZING AMAZING experience with Abbey Carpet & Floors! The whole process was easy, smooth and perfect. Frank, our main contact, was really nice, polite and communication were easy and responsive. He came to check my damaged wood floor (even came on Sunday per my request) because of leaking fridge, gave me a quote and in a week after the wood floor got ordered, the project started right away no need to wait for a long time. There were 3 guys came and they did AMAZING installing the replacement wood floor, I couldn't tell the difference with my existing wood floors. They did amazing job in prepping, installing and even wipe down the wood floor after finished to make it look perfect. I'm glad I found them (hard to find matching wood floor but they had it match perfectly) , the price is reasonable and the workmanship is beautiful. I will be back if i need other flooring project and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Don't hesitate to contact them first if you have any flooring project, you wont be disappointed!
