C4fit has been the only gym and workout program that I have stuck with in a long while- the coaches bring the perfect recipe of energy, motivation and encouragement to every single session. I feel very lucky to be a part of such an incredible group of humans who know exactly what they are doing! Having just completed the 6 Week Transformation Challenge, I am proud to say that I have lost 14 pounds, 2.5% body fat, 8.2 inches in hips/waist and gained 1.3% lean muscle! Wow! The meal plan, supps, and workouts along with the accountability work! At 44 years old, I was discouraged with the weight gain over the last few years and was time for a change and Cali 4 Fitness was the change I was looking for! Try it for yourself!
