        I have never yelped about a financial institution but I have to applaud the high quality customer service at TIAA Bank online. As a former banker, I am dismayed by the lack of knowledge that I've come across in my years of being a banking customer, so when I was asking for help with a transaction that was under an impending deadline, I was amazed at the expert and prompt customer service that allowed me to complete my transaction with minimal frustration. How many of us can say this lately?!!!!!I'm counting my blessings and singing the praises of the excellence of TIAA bank online customer service. And specialKudos to Beverly. She was a STAR!Hooray!!!
