Needed a bolt and didn't know the exact sizing/specifications needed. Employee who assisted me went above and beyond to help, assisted me in getting the right size and specification bolt. Definitely reccomend!

Great customer service. Found some flat square nuts there that none of the big box or local hardware stores carried. I am a small customer and they treated me like they would treat their best customer. Can't recommend them enough.

This morning I was looking online for 8 hard to find bolts and nuts for a small project.  I came across Mesa Fastener and found a large selection of hardware so I decided to go there.  I guess I was expecting a store front but this appeared to be a business mainly for contractors.  I went in anyway and saw Travis on the phone.  He immediately motioned to me that he would be with me shortly.  While Travis was on the phone, Randy, the CEO and founder, came down the hall and asked if I needed help. He took me to his office, measured the samples I brought in and researched his online stock.  He then went to the stockroom and came out with 5 screws and 8 nuts.  He apologized for only having 5 screws but said another vendor down the street would problaly have the extra three screws.  It was like being at Macy's on "Miracle on 34th Street".  I asked how much and Randy probably would have just gave them to me but gave me a low price.  Unfortunately I had no cash and paid him with change from my car.  I was amazed that someone just coming off the street would be treated the same as a contractor with a large order.  It was refreshing.  I may not need their services again as a small customer, but as a mechanical engineer I will be recommending Mesa Fastener to others in need of larger purchases.  Both Travis and Randy showed great customer service.
