The lady in the front of the cashier was very friendly and she help us to know the menu. she was very nice and Pacient with us and the food was great 10/10

We came here Sunday (3/24) evening to grab a quick bite to eat. We were from out of town and this place happens to be a few short blocks (within walking distance) from where we were staying at. The outside of Five Guys is similar to other Five Guys. The location of this particular outfit is next to a couple of other eateries and a couple of cosmetic stores. Parking can be difficult judging by the limited parking spaces available. The inside of this location appears clean and smells clean which is good. Food ordering is at the front counter. It took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. We all got burgers and side of fries to share. The burgers came out very good as well as the Cajun fries, both tasted like other five guys burgers at other locations. At the time when we came, it was around 5pm and wasnt particularly busy. There were a few other patrons dining at the same time we were there. So 5pm on a Sunday evening is a good time to come here. Parking: Lot is small and tight. Will be difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle.

Last night I came here at 8:00 pm with my family. After we placed our order, the cashier asked if we were going to tip. When she saw that we didnt she sucked her teeth and immediately had an attitude. We waiting for thirty minutes and I finally went to the front to ask if our food was ready after we saw so many people who came after us get their orders. When I approached them they apologized and gave me the wrong order. It was so upsetting.
